from the files and change the bytes to chars ?
i compared the files and got something like 36 difrences ..
couldnt find anything logic from each file's bytes or both files
together ..

I give you a big HINT : In the second pic there is a string that contains some "[" and "]".The password is between them.

i get the differnt bits from both pics and when converting to chars they still dont make sense ? i tryed writing them to a new file and still ..
is the the direction ? i dont get it ..

It is not encryption so don't try to convert in anything.It is only encoding~!

Is the answer even a word or just some random characters? Pretty sure I should be able to solve this, but the answer just seems weird.

Got the characters which differ from only the second picture, but only ']' is in there. It does have > and <, which would kinda make a little bit more sense since it reads PAS & PASS resp. before and after.

I think I see what this challenge is about, but it also looks to me like its badly implemented. (Kinda similar how many of the answers on this challenge site include punctation which is really annoying heh..)
