Look at the hint! it will help ya, it appoint that the number is randomal, think- if it's randomal nubmer.. how the Gnr.php know what is the nubmer?!
There is some punch in this 0ne, try to figur out what I mean.

What do you meen by use the source?
I don't understand what to do there..
I thought to learn how the random function works.
If thats what I need to pass the level, does anybody have some article about that so I can learn and pass the level?
And if not, what am I doing wrong? I found out how the algoritem of the numbers work, but no matter what number I put, it will always have a number that I don't need.

Its not javascript ... its called form faking ..
Save the page as html on your PC fix the things that must be fixed and change the things that must be changed ... Another hint would just be the password :)
