I know beal's cipher, and I have found the manifesto
I also realize that the numbers represent words.
I replaced all spaces with line breaks, and removed all comma's & dots.
I also removed empty lines.
but when I start counting from "Another one got..." I only have 534 words.. (when I should have at least 540 according to the encryption)
first sentence decrypts to this:
may wonder teaching like is without because take today
what am I forgetting?
maybe words like "a" and "I" are ignored?
someone please Give me a hint
Thanks

IDK how u did it..but for example "i'm" is not "(1)I (2)am" its just (1)"I'm" (not 2 words...its count as 1 word...)
and it's seems u did the work fine...
and BTW...u dont have to count everyword...I copied the text to a notepad and counted every 10 words...and I suggest u to do so too =)

I think the hyphenated words are what throws people off the most in this challenge. Finally got the answer after I figured that out...
