not quite, if you mean how to make it say stuff that is not encrypted, i know what to do.
the problem is that i don't know any command to make the bot log off but and the /[command] commands are not working...

no, there are few ways to output text in irc, one way it as a command and other way it as a simple text. the bot send all his output like a text- you need to BREAK the mechanism and cause him to output the text as command.
