Hm, this one gives me a password of 19 characters, two of which are non-ascii.
This answer is not accepted when I submit it.
Is there any chance that this challenge works differently on computers with different locale settings?
Or am I missing something else?

I had the same problem,
but like spaces sometimes you can just leave them out.
